About the Event
Immerse yourself in the peace and quiet of beautiful RSPB Arne, while watching the breathtaking spectacle of the Summer Solstice Sunrise over Poole Harbour.
The walk will start at 4:00am and will slowly wind its way through the nature reserve, via pockets of ancient woodland and heathland to the shoreline, in time for sunrise on the longest day of the year.
This is a not to be missed opportunity to take in the tranquillity of the reserve on a gentle solstice stroll. We’ll pause to take in the sights and sounds of the reserve – birds singing in the longest day, maybe a glimpse of a deer moving silently through the undergrowth.
RSPB Arne is a stunning nature reserve on the banks of Poole Harbour and offers miles of trails through woodland, across open heathland and along a stretch of shoreline with its views across the harbour islands.
