About the Event
Join us for one of the UK’s biggest conservation events and help protect RSPB Arne’s rare lowland heathland while choosing your own Christmas tree.
By removing self-seeded pine trees, you’ll be helping to conserve this special habitat for some of the UK’s rarest wildlife, including Sand Lizards, Smooth Snakes, Dartford Warblers and Nightjars. Take home a beautiful Christmas tree and make a real difference for nature at the same time.
Pull a Pine takes place on 28 & 29 November, 10am to 3pm, giving you more choice on when to visit. Enjoy live music, festive food and drinks, Christmas shopping, and plenty of seasonal cheer. Our café team will be serving refreshments, hot food and mulled cider from a festive tent on the heath, while our shop and café will be open throughout the event.
We are also hosting a binoculars and telescopes showcase weekend, with expert advice available for anyone looking to buy their first optics or upgrade their equipment.
All ticket holders can enjoy 15% off in the Arne shop during the event, including RSPB binoculars and telescopes (exclusions apply).
Please bring something to wrap your tree in, along with rope or straps for securing it safely.
The route includes some hills and uneven ground, so a moderate level of fitness is recommended.
Children must be accompanied by an adult at all times.
Early Bird tickets are available until the end of October. Book now to take advantage of this special offer and enjoy a festive day out with family and friends while supporting nature.
