Pam is CIPD qualified with over 35 years HR experience across various industries across public and private sectors.
All HR services are available such as compliance, handbooks, contracts, job descriptions, template compliant documents, recruitment and selection, learning and development, employee relations, grievance, disciplinary, absence management and many more.
Howe HR Dorset offers three types of support options – ad-hoc advice, project work or retained hours per week.
Pam can support brand new businesses or established businesses looking to expand and has experience of supporting both.
Pam only has a small selection of clients at any one time to ensure she can dedicate the support she needs for the businesses she works with.
By offering remote support, this allows businesses to save money instead of hiring full time HR support.
It may be that businesses only require 2-5 hours per week to keep on top of things and remain complaint, once fully set up, therefore saves you money and allows you to concentrate on running and investing in your business.
